Freshman year blog: here we go!

For PSU 9 I was required to start a blog, so I figured I should make it all about my first year experience at Penn State. I've never run a blog before, so I'm kind of out of my comfort zone and still trying to figure out how to work everything. First I want to give a little background info about myself. I'm from Philipsburg, PA, which is about 25 minutes away from campus. Penn State has been in my life for a very long time; my aunt went to school here and my mom has worked at the university for many years. I'm not a stranger to Penn State, and I consider State College my hometown, but I've had a much different experience being a student here than I thought I would (so far at least). I am so excited for the next four years here and I hope you enjoy my adventures!
